Shipping and Returns

Shipments

Doce Olivva ships to all of mainland Portugal and the islands via CTT Expresso.


Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times always depend on the carrier, but delivery is expected to take between 1 and 3 days in mainland Portugal and 3-7 days in the islands.

 

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, vacations, etc.), shipping times may be slightly delayed.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of the order and its destination.

Orders above a minimum value ( Mainland Portugal >€50 | Rest of Portugal >€100 ) qualify for free shipping.

 

Local Collection

Doce Olivva also offers local pickup, and this option can be selected during checkout. The customer will be contacted by email to schedule the pickup, as the Atelier is not open to the public.

 

Incorrect address or no delivery available.

If an order is returned to Doce Olivva due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment will only be carried out upon confirmation of the new address and payment of new shipping costs.

In cases where delivery is not possible due to repeated absence of the recipient , the order will be returned to the sender. In this case, the customer will be reimbursed for the value of the products, deducting the cost of the original shipping.
If the order benefited from free shipping , the customer will have to bear the return shipping costs charged by CTT (Portuguese postal service).

Return and Exchange Policy

Our products are prepared manually and in small batches, guaranteeing their freshness and quality.
Because these are cosmetic products for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the packaging has been opened , for safety and hygiene reasons.

 

Returns Accepted

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Incorrect shipment (product different from what was ordered).

In these cases, you must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating:

  1. The order number;

  2. A description of the problem;

  3. Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable).

After reviewing the information, we will contact you to proceed with the replacement or refund .

 

Refunds

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 10 business days after the return is approved.
